Job Title: Qualitative Researcher

Position Overview: Human Development Foundation Bangladesh (HDF) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualitative Researcher to join our team. The Qualitative Researcher will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative research studies that contribute to our understanding of reproductive health, gender equity, and other critical issues impacting our target populations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in qualitative research methodologies and a passion for contributing to meaningful social change.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience using qualitative and mixed methods in research
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing NIH-funded qualitative or mixed-methods research (for
  • Experience using a range of qualitative data collection methods and qualitative data analysis approaches
  • Experience using NVivo, AtlasTi, Dedoose or other computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software
  • conditions, such as asthma, obesity, autism and sickle cell disease as well as life-threatening diseases of childhood,
  • including cancer, neonatal lung diseases, and infectious diseases
  • The candidate must have experience in focus group discussions and key informant interviews.
